12 Days of FITness


Yes!  12 days of FITness for FREE!  Follow along every day for a new workout designed to build a better booty.  Strong glutes have so many benefits:

  2. Prevent exercise related injuries
  3. Build confidence!

If you’re like me, this is a difficult time to get a workout out in consistently during the holidays.  This plan is designed for those of crunched for time.  Don’t forget to take a few minutes each day to focus on you- for your mental and physical health.

What is the workout?  Each day I will introduce a new exercise. You’ll complete the prescribed exercise and then complete the previous day’s exercise going back to the beginning, just like the song- The 12 Days of Christmas!
