On the 11th day of FITness, my coach gave to me:

11 Booty Barre Combos
10 Bear Crawl Push-ups
9 Glute Bridges
8 Seesaw Push-ups (each leg)
7 Plank Jacks
6 Reverse Burpees
5 Reps Plie & Upright Row/ Wide Plie & Lateral Raise 2x
4 (from all FOURS) 30x Donkey Kicks
3x 10 Sumo Squat Pules
2x 10 High Heel Squats
1 Minute Plank
