Why You Should Incorporate This One Exercise Into Your Workouts

The Single Arm Farmers Walk is one of THE most underrated exercises.
It’s versatile and impactful and pretty much ANYONE can do it!
How do you do it? Set up a standing plank position, with a weight in 1 hand, slowly walk forward, keeping that plank position the entire time. Do NOT lean- maintain a straight and balanced position.
Don’t have a kettle bell in the house? NO problem!
Moms- grab your baby carrier, your kids backpack or fill a reusable grocery bag with household items.
Why should you do it? It enhances strength, stamina & endurance. As busy women- we ALL need some of that!
Not to mention… it works the abs, shoulders, back, legs… just to name a few.
