Tone-Up Tuesday: Dolphin Push-Ups

Hey all!

This week we’ve got a super move to cover all you super women!  I get it, life is crazy busy, so I am always looking for moves that will give us the most bang for our buck.

Dolphin Push-Ups is a 4 in 1 exercise that strengthens arms, shoulders and core PLUS gives us a good stretch.  Need I say more?
