How to:
Stand with your feet hip width apart, toes pointing out. Plie (bend at the knees) with your pelvis tucked, core pulled in. Raise one are overhead as you lift one knee in front of you. Circle the knee around and come back to starting position. Repeat 16-20 reps on each side for a total body workout
