Let’s talk… Planks!

Who loves PLANKS!  I cheer! You cheer! We all cheer for – PLANKS!  Right?!?

It’s one exercise we all love to hate. But we all should truly love planks!  There are so many benefits!

It’s a total body toner that uses all the muscles in your core (hint- think entire torso).  It tones your hips, back, shoulders and legs. Bonus- it also strengthens and tones those muscles that result in an abdominal six-pack. Hellooooo summer time!

So, I challenge each and every one of you to a PLANK-OFF!!  For 31 days, let’s try a different plank variation.  Just in time to don those bathing suits, ladies!  You’re welcome!
