At Home Workout- Barre

Complete three rounds. Perform each exercise for the amount of time indicated.  Watch a short video for a demo of each exercise. Rest one minute between each round.

  1. Heel Lowering- 60 seconds

2. Releve Pulse- 60 seconds

3. Leg Lift- 30 seconds each leg

4.  Chair Heel Raises- 60 seconds

5. Round Back Chair Heel Raises- 60 seconds

6. 3 Point Balance- 60 seconds each leg

7. Back Leg Extension- 60 seconds each leg

8. Standing Knee Extension- 60 seconds each leg

9. Releve Knee Extension & Pulse- 30 seconds each leg

10. Standing Leg Circles

After you’ve completed three rounds- remember to stretch!
