At Home Workout- HIIT Barre

Complete three rounds. Rest one minute between each round. Complete each exercise for 60 seconds. Rest 30 seconds between each exercise.  Watch a short video for a demo of each exercise.

1. Wall Sit

2. Dolphin Push Ups

3. Downward Dog Side- Side Jump

4. Forearm Plank

5. Sprinter Start Jumps

6. Bird Dog Knee- Elbow

7. Side Plank Crunch

8. Single Bent Leg Stretch

9. Downward Dog- Plank Jack

10. Heel Taps

Remember to stretch after you’ve completed all three rounds!
