This at-home HIIT Barre workout can be done anywhere! No equipment is needed to complete this calorie torching workout!

Complete each of the 5 exercises for 1 minute followed by a 20 second rest between each move. Complete 5 rounds- get your sweat on!

  2. Prone Y-W-T
  3. 5x Lunge Pulse
  4. Mountain Climbers
  5. Forearm Plank
