HIIT Barre is a high energy and powerful class. This 45 minute cardio program infuses Barre with plyometrics to lengthen & strengthen your muscles & make you sweat.

Kickboxing & Yoga is an innovative class gives you the best of both worlds– cardio and strength/stretch!  Class begins with 20 minutes of martial arts techniques combined with fast-paced cardio. End with 20 minutes of light strength training and total body stretch that will leave you feeling both refreshed and energized!

TRX Yoga is assisted yoga using TRX straps. Incorporating TRX straps into yoga is a great way to improve your yoga practice- at any level!  This 45 minute class makes yoga accessible and fun for everyone. With the assistance of the TRX straps, you can hold poses longer, get a deeper stretch and strengthen muscles to help you master more difficult poses. This class is geared towards beginners and more advanced yogis. Modifications will be made for all skill levels.

PiYo Live is a 45 minute class that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.
